Way to Work is a careers pathway platform that provides you with information about roles with companies in the local area.

You can browse a range of roles with partner employers. When you find a role that you like, you can select that role, and apply to start its pathway. This pathway tells you what skills and qualifications you need to be ready to apply for the role. You can work your way through the steps one-by-one, and track your progress towards your goal.

Once you’re ready, your mentor can get in touch with the relevant employer to try to arrange an interview for you.

The app also contains a range of useful resources, to help you with your applications. There’s also lots of information about work, finances, self employment, and other aspects of jobs.

The Way to Work platform can also help you to keep organised. Your mentor can put different tasks in your To-Do list for you to tick off, to help you know what things you need to do next.
